This think of reset car attributes, don't have any fun! I change league and and my have now all attributes in one! Stupid! I can't a league! Of a penality! I search for more competitive league! Before always 2 now always last!!!!

The design penalties for joining a league part way through the season are harsh indeed but it has always been this way. The best time to join a league is during the break between seasons, if you do this you will have almost no penalty, your design will be based on a full season with your active CD.
On a positive note, you only need to see this season out, next season your car should be competitive.
