Want to join new league but cant. On top of league it says 16 out of 16 teams in elite but on the actual list There are only 15 teams there 1 team left but it won't let me join the league. Season starts tonight.

I'm an elite manager and this league in elite has currently 15 managers but on top of the page it says 16 out of 16 teams shouldn't it say 15 out of 16 teams and allow me to join but it won't let me join. New season starts tonight at 9 so urgent help needed.
