New car design

New car design points reset are ridiculous the way design points are allocated is an absolute joke. I joined a new league which has already run 3 races but I just joined and my car design reset now I have most areas on 15s and 18s where others in this league now have 90 acceleration 70 braking,handling,downforce. How is this fair? How am I supposed to compete with others for at least half of the season? Why can't you just give me full design point I would have had as in when season got reset then I would on 40s and 45s then at least I can race. But with 15s and 18s what am I supposed to do with that. So for half if not full season I'm going to run behind and lose engines, parts, staff driver salaries for finishing last. Not asking for equal car as others with 90s and 70s but 40s and 45s to keep me in the race. I wanted to join this league before season started I had full design points but due to a bug in game I couldn't there were only 15 players listed but it said 16 out of 16 players. I even reported the bug no one has bothered to check or respond to it. Or I wouldn't be in this problem and now my car is 15s and 18s what a joke.
