What is the best option to train your driver, if your manager level is 3 and the driver is very fast above my level, so the training will be less efficient?
Nevertheless stamina and weight loss or what do you recommend?

If you are level 3 in an active league, you should level up quickly enough not to bother too much about it for now.
Still, stamina and weight loss is recommended because it makes drivers levelling up more slowly (I read that recently in another thread)
I hope this helps.

I agree with Wambou Wambou, I have found it is best to train physical first. The Stamina attribute is important and although currently the driver Weight appears to have very little influence on speed who knows what the devs may spring on us in the future. The minimum weight for a male driver is 51kg and for a lady it's 46kg
Training the physical attributes doesn't seem to result in much of an increase in driver level/star rating so the training remains rapid.
Probably more important is to get hold of a high talent driver as soon as possible and start training him/her as a long term investment. A talent 20 driver who is low in all of the other attributes might be faster than a low talent well trained driver. By the tiime you promote to Elite a high talent driver is almost a necessity so the earlier you get one the more training you will be able to complete in readiness for your rookie season in Elite.

Thanks a lot for the information. You are right, my level raised a lot with just one race. So I will train my new driver (17y, 20 talent - a buy now via the market) to stamina 20 and afterwards in driving abilities.
As weight is not a factor at the moment I will "train" this later to 51 kg - before mental stats reach the maximum
