Request to move up racers

Hi,

I would like to submit a request to Promote some racers from my league. 

I currently run League #53993

Mark Moss spoke with Kristine about the possibility of moving the Top 3 in the Pro to Elite. Mark has been stuck in Pro for way too long at Chris has been top 3 for multiple seasons. I would love to move up as well but I hear I am a few points shy of that being possible?

If this can be done it would be fantastic!

I have promoted the top 3 players from Pro to Elite tier.

Thank you for the help. Mark Moss should have been promoted. He has won about 8 consecutive seasons lol. If anything demote me and move him up but he definitely deserved to be in Elite.
