I've just recently created a new league... i can't control the number of races a season or the number of car entries... did i miss a step or is this something that has changed recently? i thought you could always change from a one car to two cars between seasons. and i thought besides being able to pick tracks and order we could pick number of races per season...

You can't change between 1 and 2 cars between seasons, whatever it is at the league's creation is what it will be for that league forever.
As for number of races, Jack said that he may be adding custom season lengths, but as of now, that hasn't been introduced yet.
