Update:
I have been advised by people far more IT literate than me that clearing cache and data might resolve your issue. Please will you try this and report back if it works.

They have changed how the game works. Used to be able to change when in bedt but but now no longer can. Wasnt it cost per race for suppliers though so if your in debt you cant even select a cheaper supplier. This is the last straw in a buggy game for me and will no longer participate
