It sounds like you're suggesting the reigning champion gets the best car, and each subsequent contender gets a slightly weaker one. If so, no thank you.

In fact, I imagined a league with at least 15/20 teams with level 20 managers, level 20 drivers, etc. I think it would be another component for competition. Sorry if it seemed offensive, it was not my intention.

Why would you make it harder for the lower teams? If anything do the opposite. #32 gets 100 max & #1 gets 69 max. That way you'll even out the competition.

im included in lower team. i dont believe will have lower teams forever. This way will be like every season having 20 mercedez and 12 ferraris only.

No it won't, it'll mean that lower teams get lower and higher teams get higher.
I know this game is supposed to be close to F1 but that idea makes it too close to F1, the top teams stay at the top and teams like Racing Point and Torro Rosso will never be able to compete with Mercedes or Ferrari

A 70 can beat a 73, a 80 can beat a 83 etc etc. You will have to make good seasons to improve your DP cap for next one and next one..., till get on the top. The point is: we get a biggest challenge with this way.
