Not really (explanation). It will randomly select a relationship each race and boost it by one. Over the course of a couple of seasons it can result in very high relationships all around.

I have been monitoring the relationships and haven't noticed any improvement for any partner/staff after races. Or is the five race limit still in effect, so the motorhome is really just a convenience so you no longer have to comment on partner/staff?

It should be selecting one relationship and increasing it by 1 each race. That will be one of your sponsors, drivers, staff, or suppliers, and only one, and only an increase of one.
Something mentioned in beta testing is that it might be useful to display which relationship increased at what race within the motorhome facility itself.

Definitely. Anything in the game which has a player-visible but easily missed or hard-to-find effect should have a page showing at least the most recent effect if not the entire history. Feedback on the usefulness of our fiddling is paramount.

I've monitored this and I'm not seeing any relationships change.
To be completely honest, I'm not sure that the motorhome is worth anything even if it was working (still not noticing any changes but haven't been checking as much either). It is already pretty easy to max out the relationships without it. Unless there are plans for the relationship system to become more dynamic.
