Error on daily deals

hi again, I spent 13 tokens to buy investiment and didn’t get the money and lost the tokens. Can anyone fix it, please. Thanks.

Do you remember the exact deal you bought?

Yes. I had 13 tokens and use it to buy 20.6$ money investiment. This transaction was made yesterday next to midnight. the amount of tokens has gone and investiments didn’t come. I already cleaned up the cache.
