Young Driver Academy

The YDA should have the capability of allowing the team manager to view the attributes and development of it's drivers.  Indicating that a driver is fully trainied, then discovering that the driver you hire from the academy is anything but trained is rediculous.This should be corrected.

I disagree with this, but I do think that managers should be able to choose WHICH attributes the YDA focuses on for drivers.

I, for instance, would run a YDA that works on driver conditioning. Others may want to focus on speed, or mental acuity.

My point is that in real life any team manager knows what his trainee attributes are, and that information should be availabe to the IGP managers as well.  I do agree that managers should be able to concentrate on areas of development also.
