I think we can add 2 untrainable (or with a degree of improvement) skills on drivers to have a variety.
Youth academy level won't effect on those.

1) Adaptability : Can effect many things. for example the speed of training and getting experience or his accuracy on setup or some more complex like the weather changes on track.
 
2) Reaction time : Can effect speed in general
Human benchmark
