What did you try to do?
Everything including reinstalling game, different internet connection sources

What happened instead?
Races only ever load to 50% and getting msg can't connect to server error

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Sony Xperia X and Samsung A40 and tablet

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Different on each device

Can the bug be reproduced?
Any time I try to get into live race

I haven’t confirmed 100% however in my case my VPN client caused exactly the same issue (when vpn was disabled)

When it was enabled (connecting to USA), live race worked
