Hi everyone!
I have a question about the blue bar under the level of the staff..
For example I got a new level 12 chief designer http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-staff/46689 and the blue bar is less than half.
Does this mean that his level is somewhere around 12.3 instead of another designer that would have the blue bar almost full meaning that he would be 12.9? Does it work like that?
And if yes does it make a big difference, to choose another one instead?
I chose this guy because his charisma was reasonably high but then I read in the forums that the attributes don't really count for the staff. So I quess we should be focusing on the blue bar??
