Drs and kers Boost boost has a gap from level to level that makes it harder for lower teams.
So my suggestion is: The way the Design gained from lower teams (they gain more from TD's) to be adjusted with Drs-Kers too
A way of doing it is :
1) Technology tab will have Drs & Boost lines with points like Design from 1 to 100 (200)
2) CD and TD stars will work like Design gain but TD will have strength and weakness like CD has.
some examples of those :
S=Kers W=Spy Design , S=Drs W= Kers , S=Spy Kers W= Kers , S= Spy Design W= Drs. etc.
