I was wondering from what level are drivers with talent 20 available? I am at level 5 now and I'm wondering if I should get new drivers with talent 18/19 now or wait for level 6 when I can get drivers with a talent score of 20.

I was a Level 6 when I got my talent 20 driver, but I was extremely lucky there and I can't find any more and I'm LV7 now.

You just have to look often and they'll pop up from time to time.
