Inter season break

I'm the host of a league and we've recently got our calendar to start on a Monday and end on a Friday on the third week since we run 5 days a week.

What I'm wondering is will the minimum 1day break between the seasons, be considered the next day, I. e. Saturday (Good) or the next racing day, I. e. Monday (Bad) because I don't want my following season to start on Tuesday.

If the current system means i'd skip Mondays race then I'll just change us to racing on Saturday so it skips that then removed that after the first race, but I don't know if I need to since this hasn't happened yet.

I think the break means day(s). If you don't have a race on them, because you only race Mondays to Fridays, then the new season should start on your usual next race day, i.e. Monday again. But no guarantees.
