Starting balance?

Does everybody start the game 209 million in debt?

No you do not start in debt with the team, looking at your history you ran until 2018 but you did not follow and you were eliminated from the system, now you have started running again in 2020 so the debt comes from the end of 2018 when you did not follow

Can reset?

It is not possible to reset it, I run with cheap staff and drivers maybe in a 1 car championship (less expenses) or you create a new team from scratch

The game had a huge makeover some years ago. Maybe u played the old version?
