Changing league, what carries over?

As the topic says, I'm wondering what are the things that carry over and what's going to be reset. I'm assuming manager level, Rookie/Pro/Elite standing and staff remains the same but what about facilities that I've pumped money into?

Couple of my teammates are now catching up to Pro level and thinking of joining them in our private league, would have been kinda boring beforehand being the only driver in Pro races.

You keep everything.  If you change leagues after your league has finished and the league you are going to hasn't started there are no financial penalties.

And what about your next season design level?
Do you keep it or you start from 0%?

Yeah, the plan was to finish up this season in current league and then switch over during the break. But looks like my teammates didn't enable tier-promotions for the league, so unless there's a way for them to enable it mid-season or for me to demote myself to Rookie, switching would be pointless right now.

I also have that question, I have the desing of my car at 100% for next season, but my league is changing the times and I may leave it, of course I'll do after it finishes (today).
If this afternoon I move to another league would I be there with the car at full 100%, right?
And if I choose to wait about 5 days without joining a league, and then join one when it's just about to start, would I have the 100% too?
I don't want to join a league with only 3 days left of the season, cause I couldn't take any profit of that super car, thats why I ask this

On my side I've finish a season and had my new chassis. I then decided to change league, but the league has not yet made it's last race (it will do in a hour).

Now my next season is at 2%,
does this mean that I will use that 2% chassis when my new league will start its next season?
Or will I keep what I should had next season in the other league?

Changing leagues in mid season resukts in your design being scaled to match the performance of the new league. Unfortunately you will start with a 2% car.

When you changed league there was a screen that explains this, together with the 10% of your money that it takes.

No actually I had no money taken from me. I only wonder if the v2 car (that had 2% for next season but ~90% on actual car that would be use for the first race)  is gonna go over in the next season if the two leagues had last race on the same day, but not the same hour. (I happen to change in-between the two leagues last races)

so, that 10% money transfer - does that work only mid-season? i exited one league because there were only three active managers, but somehow i ended up in a league with only two actives. so now i'm thinking - the hell with it, i'll wait till the end of the season, as i don't want to lose even more money again. also, is there a way to find out how many active managers are there in the league beforehand?

You are correct about the money.

If you click on the managers name, it shows when they were last logged on 'Last active'.

Further to that it would be good if the league hosts were clearing out inactive people. Or perhaps the host in your league is inactive, in which case, please log a call with the helpdesk & we can assist with appointing a new host.
