Hi All,

Do staff ever retire, and if so, at what age?

I know that drivers do, I am more interested in CD's & TD's

As far as I know, they want to retire in the first contract signed after age 65. But I can't confirm this.

I can confirm this. one of my CD's gave me a retirement proposal after her contract were beyond 65 years of her age

It depends on how much the structure has developed in the headquarters - offices and hospitality, the more you have developed the more the staff delays retirement

As early as 65, no later than 70.


76 yrs old, 19 races remaining on her contract and at least another 50 races even if she announces her retirement at the next contract renewal. I'm hoping she doesn't, L20 CDs strong in Acc and weak in Cooling are hard to come by.

She's looking good for 76 LOL
