Missing tokens/cash

Good afternoon. 

Today, I attempted to spend 13 tokens for a cash investment. The tokens were removed, however, the cash was not added to my account. This is a repeat of a post in the bugs thread by another player.

yes, but from after the transaction showing the botton clicked and an overlay of time/date showing finance screen and shop screen. Can email.

I'm so sorry for the inconveniences.

Do you remember the exact deal that you bought? For example, 10 tokens in exchange of 12 million cash.
