Now that a lot of people use the forums to find leagues, should the team contemplate bringing back the old league system?

I saw a comment on a league page saying "There are more managers than leagues". The idea of having to promote leagues on the forum is great, but it's also frustrating, as not all managers use the forums. Barely anyone joins several leagues. The previous system of placing newbies in new leagues worked better, as leagues filled up and new people would join as old ones left. These days several leagues are empty, especially in rookie and pro.
