No, So leagues talked about merging with other leagues.
From the logistic point of view;
Consult with all managers involved about the potential move.
Contact the league's host you're trying and/or would like to merge with.
Present your case/proposal.
Agree on who's moving where; are your managers moving to his league, are his managers moving to yours or are you guys creating a new league?
If you're not keeping the same race time, make sure the majority is ok with any structural changes.
Those are the basic protocols I would follow in your case.
