Training slowed down: Why?

Hey.

I've noticed since the last few days every training has a way lower effect than they used to towards the next level on whatever atribute I'm training. I mean, I used to spend 13 Health to raise about half a level, and now those 13 Health barely raise 1/3 or even 1/4 of a level. Why?

My Manager level is 6. My two drivers have 4 1/2 and 4 stars, 1 and 2 talent, 20 stamina and around 6-7 on their Driving abilities. My Doctor has 1 star.

Could I improve the training by hiring a new doctor? Do I need to increase my Manager level? Or maybe the problem is they just have a very low talent and hence it's really hard to train them further?

Training speed slows down the more driver level approaches manager level. You just have to wait and compete in more races (best against high level managers) to increase your manager level. And training speed will increase again. The only real option is upgrading your simulator in the HQ tab, but that's sth I would delay for now, since you can do much better upgrades such as technology, design and manufacturing.
