No promotion no title

What did you try to do?
Won every race but one and was excited about winning the title and being promoted to elite

What happened instead?
Stayed in Pro received no title and watched as 2nd and 3rd were promoted to elite

Can the bug be reproduced?
Probably but Im not going to sit through yet another season of pro

Additional comments:

If I can add something as a league host, we have information that in the elite we have 32/32 teams although there are actually 31 teams

we were 3rd and 4th, tim. harris (2nd) didn't made it too. hope for the problems finished before next race
