I need help. Please read.

What's happening to me on iGP Manager in the last few days is unbelievable.

First off, I've been away from the game for long time, mostly only playing quick races now and then. This needs to be said.

On December 22nd 2019 I revived this team (the one I'm currently using to post this thread) and I joined this league:

Stay Active League

15 races, I won 11 of them and got four 2nd places. It seemed very strange to me, considering I had high level and reputation opponents. So I decided to go for a second season, just to make sure first one wasn't a bug or something like that. But the second season went even worse, I won 14 races out of 15 and got a 5th place.

He said: League isn't fun when the same person wins every single race.

League host replied: True....

I replied: I'm sorry, I will leave at the end of this season.

And so I did. Season ended and I left the league, looking for another one to join.

I won the first race. The day after, when I went to setup the next race, I noticed my car had very high stats: a couple of 50 and some 48/49 stats. I've never had a car with such high stats so I thought this has to be a bug. So I posted this message on the league wall (can't do a screenshot cause I deleted that message a few days ago and later I will explain the reason): I think my car is bugged (over powered), I'm sorry for the australian race. And I linked a thread on the forum where I flagged the bug on my car, just to show them I didn't do it on purpose, I didn't even know how that happened.
In fact, Kevin Bissell replied to my thread in the Bugs section and explained to me the changes Devs made. He said it wasn't a bug but surely something to solve, he explained to me how it works and that's it. So I finally understood if ANY TEAM (not just me) joins a league where they switched from 15 to 20+ races then they will have an over powered car towards other managers who were already in the league. And that's because next season design is based on the season lenght but from the previous season and not the next one.
Anyway, I had already apologized and left the league.

Then he copy/pasted that message I posted in the previous league where I was saying I had a bugged car etc.

And then he said: Don't bring a bad rep to this league.

I could NEVER have a bugged car in their league cause they run 15 races, they didn't change it and they're still on 15 races. My car was exactly the same as others.

Donnie Adams, which posted "don't bring a bad rep to this league" messaged me and apologized for the way he said things and I accepted the apologies. He even asked me to rejoin the league but I didn't want to, he sent a few other messages and apologozed again for accusing me and creating drama.

But lets continue...

A few days ago, a friend of mine asked me to make a team together, join a 2 cars league and to manage one car each. We searched for a league and found this one, which was perfect for me in terms of racing time and opponents level/reputation: https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=26794

IGP Championship

We dominated the first race, but something happened at about half race. My car used kers without order so I understood my partner did that. And I didn't like that, at all. We decided we were gonna manage one car each and so it should have been. So I stopped playing and he finished the race managing both cars. After the race, I "canceled" the whole thing, I didn't want to play that way so I re-edited the team, apologized with the league and left.

Already mortified from all the insults I received in the last few days, I talked to an Italian moderator and explained everything to him. At the end, he just said this (the bugged car) is happening to all teams that join new leagues where the season swtched from 15 to 20+ races but I'm the only one who is always apologizing and leaving the leagues. So he said just let it go and keep playing, just like others do.

I won the first race. I asked a moderator to check if my car was bugged and if my opponents had cars with lower stats, cause I only play on phone and infos I get are limited, I can't see other teams cars on phone. And he confirmed I had a stronger car than my opponents. But he said just keep playing, it's not your fault. And so I did, I didn't leave the league and also took part in 2nd race, yesterday evening.

Ross Brawn simply explained to other league members the reason I was so faster than them.
Know what? Even tho a moderator told me to keep playing, I left the league. But I also rejoined. Cause I'm very tired of all this and it seems the only way. I'll just wait till the season ends so next season other managers will start with the same car as me.

They're still NOT UNDERSTANDING and they're still insulting me and laughing at me for no reason, at all.

Now I just wanna ask something, to mods, to devs, to admins, to whoever is reading:

WHY?

Just why am I being treated like this everywere I go? What's the reason? Did I do something bad? The only thing I know is that I feel mortified, demotivated and I don't know what to do. I'm scared to join any other league.

It's not that easy YD, now that the threads have been created people are assuming they know what's going on when they don't. I assume Alma is a pretty good racer and that's why she's been able to have good results even without a superior car, but of course people don't like losing especially to the new guy, so they'll continue to make excuses.

To Alma, I genuinely hope you find a league that doesn't care if you do well and will step up to the challenge. This game is a brilliant one and I hate to see racers feel or even leave like this because of a few hostile leagues.

If people are still sending you messages they should relax and stop overreacting, it's not like you've cost anyone a championship. At this point I'd just block all messages for a while tbh, no point responding to people who won't listen.

The good thing is that after a while this phantom "advantage" will be impossible as leagues enter their 2nd/3rd seasons with the same season lengths, such as mine. I have a league at 21:30 GMT and an elite manager who deserves a fight with a quick racer. We tend to be pretty chill too so the atmosphere is calm. If you want join I can open up a spot for you in the next season. Either way soon you should be able to race wherever the way you used to.

I encourage other hosts who are in the right time frame (Alma would have to clarify what that is) and would welcome a fast racer in to link their here leagues too.

I got to clarify a couple things that I disagree with Alma on here, as a member of one of the above leagues. First of the league is a family to us there. Alma came in, someone who looks at everyone’s previous league stats asked the question about a bugged car, not the best worded question but had Alma explained it then and carried on that would have been that, we’d have relished the challenge. But she did have a rant about things then left, came back to comment again then left once again, to do it again. She also message a lot of us from the league. We’d have left it had she just gone. Yeah we being the childish bunch we are had some banter about it all. We can’t help ourselves, but for Alma to come here to claim we messaged her when she sent us all abuse via messages first is ridiculous. Hope this makes sense and isn’t too badly worded. Ps no idea how I quoted you dude 🤷‍♂️

I can not believe people really act like this. I am very sad reading you Alma. Don't lose your hope, maybe you should keep playing and forget about the others. Moderators should act against this offensive way of playing.

In our league nobody says anything against anyone, you are free to join although we only play once a week.

For the Nth time, I didn't have a bugged car in your league, could never have it. Is it really so difficult, for someone with such a low I.Q., to understand when and why it happens or not? Anytime I didn't have the same car as my opponents I always left the league and apologized. I crrated a thread in the bug section talking about this bug and I'm THE ONLY ONE who did it. Even tho hundreds of other players are entering new leagues and getting bugged cars but no one freaking cares. You clowns in that league can't even understand what the F are we talking about here, you keep thinking I have a bugged team and I keep joining leagues trying to cheat the system. Those are YOUR and YOUR FRIENDS words.

Donnie....buddy; there's no such thing as an overdeveloped car!!!!  The only thing Alma may have been guilty of is going back to the same league rather than finding a league deserving of her talent.

I'm getting bored of hearing players accused of cheating simply for being the better racers.

This is sad that an experienced IGP player still believes in the conspiracy theory that cheating is actually possible in this game..... Idk why this thread hasn't been closed already bc really it's going nowhere and it shouldn't other than to a moderator for further investigation.

As I said, just bad sportsmanship, people accused of cheating, always comes down to bad sportsmanship
