The idea that not reaching maximum development creates competition is totally wrong. The maximum of competition with many players who can win a race there is when all are fully developed or nearly the full development...near the end of the championship.
So my idea is to invert the development. Iìll explain. All starts with maximum score in each feauture and lose points after each race.
For example:
(elite class) Team A, Team B, Team C starts with each of characters at 100 points.
A level 20 with design 20 and 40% development
B level 18 with design 18 and 48% development
C level 16 with design 16 and 52% development

After first race A loses 20 points less 40% therefore 12 points in the character choosed before the race, B loses 18-48%=9 points, C loses 18-52%=7 points. So in that character A=100-12=88, B=100-9=91, C=100-7=93

Choosing 2 characters A=20-20%=16 distributed 8 for each character choosed. B=18-24%=13 distributed 6,5=7 for each character choosed and C=16-26%=11 distributed 5,5=6 for each character coosed.

Naturally the development of design structure must to start automatically after levelled up or you can level up only after developed the design structure.

So after each race teh stronger players with stronger kers and stronger drs loses more points than the others and the races stay balanced for all championship

in real live win every time the mercedes and there are every time the same cars 2tnd and 3th exactly like in the game win every time the same player and this doesn't work good
