Random Driver Nationality

Ferrari has Shwartzman, Mercedes has Russell, Red Bull has Vips.
I don't think the current academy system in iGP Manager makes sense.
I'm a Japanese manager but I want drivers not only from Japan but also from a variety of countries to join my team, which is quite natural for real-life racing teams.
I (kind of) understand those who want drivers only from their home countries, so I suggest adding 'Randomize driver nationality' option to the academy.

EDIT: Of course I know changing my nationality to Tonga works in the same way (which didn't actually; my academy has only produced drivers from the UK so far)

I think it should be 50% your nationality, 30% close nationality, and 20% other nationality
