Didn't get promoted after winning rookie tier.
One other didn't get promoted even though in top 4.
Only 2 got promoted.

Could you please post with the account with the bug/problem in question. As this one is racing in Elite in the middle of the season I suppose it isn't the one. While finding the right one is possible it takes time better used for fixing problems.
Edit: I guess you're talking about the
Demon Racing team in IGP Relaxed league? Same manager name helped.

Hello,
I sent an email to the support box, but haven't received a response, so posting here.
I am the league manager of league id 54476. Friday was our last race of the season, and promotion and relegation was correct for Pro to Elite, and Elite to Pro, however Rookie to Pro took 3rd and 4th place, however not 1st and 2nd. The effected managers are Simon Hutchin and Olly Whelan. Is there anything you can do to Promote these 2?

Demon Racing and Coxheath MRT aka Olly Whelan are the two teams who were not promoted to Pro.

During my first post I already mentioned the issue in mod team Discord, now with the league host requesting the promotion I escalated this also directly to support. It's a bit close to the first race though, so I can't promise it'll be in time.

Apologies for the delay. Both have been promoted and sent 10 tokens to make up for any unrealized performance.
