The season finished last night. Today the new season still hasn’t set up like usual. Everyone in my league is saying they having the same issue. 
My league name is Aussie mallee racing league ID is 103065

Hi, I've generated a new season now. We saw that a race in the Pro tier had not completed in the previous season and this was the reason why the new season did not start.
