Promoting 1 Pro To Elite

Dear Support Agent of iGP Manager,
  
  I'm the host of 2020 Formula iGP Championship (id: 132536) and I would like to request for promoting 1 pro team to elite tier which is Muhamad Rofi (Ruffy Racing Team) because we are constantly looking for more challenges in elite tier and also prevent him to get ballast in pro tier. Thanks a lot.

Hi Connor, I know that you don't have any permission to move pro manager to elite, I need to wait for Bruno Brown's or others response because Bruno Brown is having the permission and he has moved 2 Pros in my league (Your Friend Ivan Tonsic & Isma Jnr Team) to elite tier when Season 1 was in progressing.

Hi José, I need you to perform this (move Rofi to elite), I can say that this is really a special case, there are few reasons that you should move him to elite tier.
-Firstly, he couldn't promote to elite in his previous league because his previous league was just had 4 managers only (including him)
-He came and joined my league because he saw that I'm always helped league members once they were facing problem. And all my league members are elite managers except him.
-Thirdly, he is already in Lv.16, he is facing ballast in pro tier and ballast has made his progress and performance goes down.
- He has private messaged me and said that he is really desired to promote to elite tier and hope that I can help him. I also believe that his level & managerial skills are already can make him to deserve an elite seat.
José, hopefully you can hear our sounds and quickly move him to elite tier.Thanks.

What... ...If I switch the league to private league for a while?? Can you do it?

But why the league which is called Supernova (My Former League), was approved on promoting members in last month (Rookies -> Pro, Pro -> Elite) by just making the league privately for 1 day only?
