We appreciate all of your feedback, and there are certain guidelines that we encourage you to follow when posting feedback, suggestions or bug reports.

General rules

Please provide as much information as possible, such as IDs of related entities and environments (driver IDs, staff IDs, race IDs etc.)

Do not post a suggestion or report inside another thread started by someone else, always create a new thread for new suggestions or a bug report

Be specific about your issue. E.g. posting one sentence like \"i don\'t understand what\'s going on with lap times\" is not a suggestion or a bug report and will likely be ignored. This would be better worded as \"I don\'t understand why there is a 3s deficit per lap from my drivers (ID#1 and ID#2) relative to team ID#4 and their drivers. I suspect it is a bug because of ... \" etc.

Foul language and abuse towards the developers will not be tolerated. We may choose not to respond to such posts to avoid giving that sort of attitude attention and credibility, even if we resolve the issue.
Bugs

Create a new thread for each individual bug

Post all bug reports in the Bugs Forum
Suggestions

You may post multiple suggestions in one new thread, but avoid posting your suggestions several posts in to someone elses thread, as it may get overlooked

Post all suggestions in the Suggestions Forum
Thanks Jack

I was just about to post the same thread as some of us are getting a bit sloppy in how we post bugs etc. (me included!)
Your guidelines are very clear and constructive.

I hope you have not been getting abuse - that is just unacceptable within a developement situation.
