What happens to your car when you start a new league. Does it start with Current, Next Season, or the default 10% on all components?

If you are moving to another league, it depends on the circumstances. To see the exact penalties click \"Join this league\" on the league info page, or \"Leave this league\" on your current league info page.
The action will not be carried out at this stage, it will take you to a page where you must confirm the action. This page lists a specific series of penalties (if applicable).

Those pages just mention the daily racing limit and when I would next be able to race. i.e. I can\'t race earlier than the next race in my current league.
It mentions no fiscal/design penalties.
