Firstly, apologies if this has been mentioned before.

The above are all pretty fundamental parts of F1 these days & have a significant impact on how races evolve & eventually pan out, since I started playing with a group of friends we have yet to see any events other than the odd tyre/mechanical failure.

Are there any plans to include these in a future update or are there reasons behind not including them? I can understand that, for a league who only meet 3 times a week or less, it would be quite frustrating if you were constantly getting punted off at the first turn.

This would also perhaps put more emphasis on training Mental & Technical skills which are at best redundant & at worst detrimental, without these we just have a bunch of mini-Grosjean's racing round wih uber speed stats but with no penalties for a lack of awareness/concentration.

It would be much better if you were forced to think about the toss up between speed & haste, where just ploughing all your points into SPEED would result in you going very fast, but more often than not, going very fast into a wall.

Again, sorry if this has been brought up before, if I'm honest I didn't bother searching through 2 year old threads. I wanted to put my thoughts forward in a fresh thread & invite discussion around the topic.

Keep up the good work guys, I know it can't be easy, especially when every 'suggestion' can be taken as criticism of something I'm sure you've all worked very hard on. All I can say is that from our (my groups) point of view is that we have been waiting for a decent F1 Management Sim since the mid 90's & we are just really keen to help the game live up to it's potential!

Good Luck :)

A question for you Keiran;

What determines what causes a crash ?

The game is dead, a year without updates, just think about it...

To be honest, bit drunk, but there are plenty of variables. Discuss.

PS maybe even something like, but not limited to, this:

Why did I even bother quoting this?!

Thanks, I'm aware of the release schedule, do you know if things like this will be included in the update?

To be fair, I didn't really help myself...

@ Keiron
As far as I know our suggestions are all on the 'to do' list and are all quite valid.  Crashes & incidents were part of the beta game but would appear to have been removed on the live site as it was difficult to get right in the early game.  Safety cars and penalties have been discussed before but are still open to suggestions and discussion.

I am glad you are keen on the game as I too see it as having huge potential.  It is a pity some people only see progress through massive updates.
