Driver training stacking over 100, losing attributes increase

Train drivers with double training offer.
I am lvl 14 and hired 2 lvl 7 pilots. One was training around 80-90 per training and the other one 100 (without the double training).

Trained them indeed, but the training bar went up to 317 and blocked there after few trainings (i trained between 5 to 8 times), allowing to increase by + 1 only per training and not giving me the additional stat increase.
I reloaded the app (mobile) and now the 2 drivers are stacking at 255, but no change in the statistics while i lost 82 from the training bar.

I am to see the drivers attributes increase or lose the trainings ?

I think your problem is the training drive... I think you're over 100.
That should be the mistake. 
However, I also forwarded this problem to the developers. It will be resolved as soon as possible.

As i understand your message, this is exactly what i am saying.

I have a 5 stars driver that trains 3pts by 3pts (6 with double offer)
Now I have 2 young drivers (around lvl 9 now) that i want to train with the double training offer:
- one drivers gets +1 everytime i train
- the other one around 80/90 out of 100 (and so +1).

Problem is:
When i train the yound driver, instead of putting +1 and fill the training bar it sums up the part over 100 of the training and do not increase the driver stat. 

As said it blocked to 317, and after reloading the game went to 255 where it is now. So i am losing 2 drivers attributes points per driver.

My other concern is that i paid for the double training offer, and because of this problem i am losing my money, since i wont train my drivers till someone explains me why my drivers are not increasing in stats as much as they should.

EDIT: after another try, bar went from 255 to 313 for both drivers, giving only a +1 increase to the 2 of them. 

EDIT 2: after reloading game, training bars are now back to 255, losing again the remaining part of the training ...

That is a very heavy price i am paying for this ^^ i will have to keep my 900k salary driver because the others are not ready in time (my fault you will say but i was not expecting the game to limit the trainings)

Indeed the driver I let with the 255 bar is back to 50.

I have no longer the double training on so i wont be able to tell you if it works when the training gives more than 100. I'll trust you on that and hope i dont change my drivers before a long time :D
