hi guys!
i\'ve some doubts about designers work:
what\'s the effort of chief designer, and how his ability influence the develop??
how the designers level influence develop??
i\'ve a level 5 chief designer and training my staff to level 15 bat te % of developpement is the same of a chief designers level 1!

The chief designer definately affects the maximum performance. I read somewhere that they also affect development amount. I believe the % development decreases as you get closer to maximum performance.

When you train your design staff you gain 1% in next season performance. I do not know if this is the only benefit (which would be a one-off benefit).
