driver stats in race

Should we send a driver with 15-16 driving ability but 1 in the mental ability out on track?

I have a driver with 15-16 in driving ability, 1 in mental and decent in physics. I have a race today and have spent all of my practise on my two other drivers. Is it to risky or is it wourth the risk to swap my newest addition to the team with one of my current driving ones?

Went middle as physical is FAR more important than either of the others. Fine once you sort that out (51/46kg) AND 20 Stamina

Hi @Joe 

I suggest you to keep only 2 drivers if you race with 2 cars and only 1 driver if you race with 1 car.
Keep more drivers cost a lot of money (salary) and this is useless expecially at the beginning of the game.
Find 2 good drivers (talent), train physical (stamina 20 and weight 46 woman, 51 man) and then driver ability.
If you want to have 100% health before the race , train them when it finish!
Health increases 5% per hour.
