On the new mobile layout; Why is the gear and speed more important than your opponent's position and boost level on the pop up icon?

Hi,
New mobile layout is more complete than the last one.
You can see more information like sector time and you can also use kers to both car at the same time.
Speed layout is just an IGP choose. It's not more important than other features.
