Dear team,
I'm league Host of iGP World League, we have 16 players in Pro tier, the regulation was green so activated. After last race finish, the promoted players didn't been promoted and I triple check that when the race finished we was all 16 managers in Pro. Why they didn't been promoted. Note that elite players has been demoted and rookie players have been promoted.

Sounds to me as if it might be a bug. I will escalate to the iGP Support Team and move this thread to the "Bugs" section.

I manually promoted the Pro to Elite category managers and sent tokens for the inconvenience.
