I am really tempted to reset my team. I have read other posts about this and what I would really like to know is if I can make an offer for my driver straight after I reset my team. I trained him to a level 7 even though I am a level 6. Would this make any difference. Thanks.

When you're reseting, you automatically fire all drivers, staff, partners and suppliers. If your driver is on level 7, you won't be able to employ him because you're on level 6. That's all, I think.
