I was thinking perhaps instead of signing the best sponsors from the start, you will have to work and impress them. This can be simple. Just base it on Scouting and Development levels. E.G You can not unlock Red Balls until you have a scouting level of 2 and a development level of 3. But as Obutto are one of the best sponsors and a bit too good for beginners, make them have higher levels! I will give you a real life example- I had never heard of QNET until Marussia signed them, I guess they don't have a better reputation than Santander who will clearly pay Ferrari way more than QNET pay Marussia. I know this will give newer teams more of a disadvantage, but it will make the game more realistic and more exiting. You could do this with other partners like tyres and engine too? But that could be a bit too harsh?

Great idea.
I'd be even cooler to see some sponsors for the top 500 ranked as well, or top 100 even.

Not being extremelly, is a good idea, but think about the real sponsors want to be in the highest amount of cars posible, for that reason I think that will not success, but having them up to lvl5 for the highest sponsors will be nice.

It is a shame about the real sponsors, it makes the game too easy.
