i have been thinking about this part of the strategy for a while and i think fuel is too important in strategies. on many circuits (100% races with tire rules) 4 stops are better than 3 stops and 2 stops never work out. maybe put an option for the host to put refuel on or off. If refuelling is off, tire strategies become more important and races become more unpredictable because there are more strategies that could work out.
