Offline leagues make absolutely zero sense to me. But thank you anyway.

Seriously, what's the point of an off-line league!!? Why download a game/app that you'll never actively play/use?

Well, there are a lot of managers out there that just don't have time to do a long race and don't want to do short races, but still love to set up and have a team racing and fight for wins. Because who doesn't love winning?

You are still allowed to watch the race with an alt-team so some managers join to see how the races develop; some managers join to get their teams into shape; some players use offline leagues as interim leagues while the find one they really like (hence why I suggested it); I think most managers in offline leagues also have an online account so I guess it's more of an on the side thing. Either way our players are enjoying it so idm xD

Of course, I'm just saying offline leagues are not for me, cause live races management makes 99% of the game in my opinion and that's actually the only thing I like about this game.
