Double kers???

I just did the first race with 2 cars in a 2 cars league for the first time (since years) since you published the new app with the "double kers" thing. Know what? I didn't understand anything at all. I couldn't use double kers in no way. I tried everything, also tried to "switch" drivers while using kers with one car and didn't work (long ago this was the only way to use (waste.. ) double kers on mobile). 
Lost a 1-2 just because of that and was almost losing the victory as well still trying to figure out how to use it during the last lap and didn't even use all the kers on both cars. I think that was one of the worst laps I've ever raced in this game.. 😂

This is hilarious. The new app seems absolutely the same as the old app to me, regarding 2 cars races.

Sooooo, I just created a random account and joined a random 2 cars league only to try again and I just noticed the little symbol near to the kers button. I understood that would do the trick as soon as I saw it, before even trying it.

Well, in the previous race (the one I did with this team just a few mins earlier) that little symbol was not there. How is this possible? Has this happened to anyone else? 

it happened to me as well. Yesterday I had the buttom but the day before no button. I think either our phones only updated to the newest version of the updated game very recently or the devs rolled out a patch.

A few game updates have also come in recently..I think every 2-3 days there is something updated!

And good luck in 2 car races...there is a whole different strategy set (including team orders ;) )

Maybe I just cannot explain myself. I don't have the "small link icon button" for this team. I've done a 2 cars race last night with this team and that button was nowhere to be seen. Then I created another account and joined a random 2 cars league just to try again and there was the small link button. As soon as I saw it, I understood it was the double kers button. But it doesn't appear for this team. I have no double kers button at all. 

In addition: That was the first 2 cars race I've done in the last 2 years. And of course the first 2 cars race on the new app since they added the "double kers" on mobile. I always hated 2 cars races just because I only play on phone and I've never had the possibility to fight on equal terms against strong managers who play on pc and can easily use double kers with keyboard buttons. So, I didn't even know how the new app layout looked in 2 cars races with this new app. That was the first time. And only when I created a new account just to join a random 2 cars league to try again, I saw the small button. And as soon as I saw it, I knew what was it for. Cause in the race I did earlier with this team that button was nowhere. Race viewer was just like the 1 car race viewer, just with the "switch" button on the right. It was perfectly the same layout as the old app and as the 1 car races layout. That's why I didn't understand how to use the double kers at first. Then I understood. But again, I don't have that button for this team.
And I'm wondering.. Can't be just because both of my drivers have the exact same name and somehow the game thought it was the same driver? 🤔
Seems stupid and unlikely, but I have no other explainations. I was waiting for answers but someone "solved" the thread. So I askes what was solved, cause I really don't know.
