I have question - how max cap of design car of next season? 100?
I know - in new mechanic CD give 3pts in strong, 2 in neutral and 1 in weakness
2 CD, or more its needless, right? we dnt take cap in one area.
Why reduced development car on nex season on 2.5 times? If recalculate to old system we gived 1.5pts in strong area,1 on neutrall and 0.5 to weakness

The new cap in Elite is indeed 100.

For how much points one gets per race is still a mystery I think, since I did not finished my season and it was already 3 races on.
Maybe someone has more inputs on this matter.

Im know, in new mechanic 5star CD generate point: 3 in strong, 1 weakness, 2 to neutrall.
Im repeat - if extrapolate to old system, its 2,5 temes less.
To take cap in one area, needed season length  33+ race.
May be 5 star CD will generate 5 pts? Its allow to maximized 1 area

The reasoning Jack gave for changing the design range and CD effectiveness was to prevent teams from maxing out their design and to introduce some variety in development strategy. So it is no surprise that people are now discovering it is not possible to maximise design.

ADVANCE NOTICE: Car development & Setup changes - coming soon

BTW. I can confirm from testing that a CD the same level as the team/manager yields 3dp per race in strength, 2dp standard and 1dp in weakness. Meaning for a 20 race season, assuming a single CD has been used, you can expect 60dp in CD strength, 20 in CD weakness and 40 for the remaining 6 attributes.

Sorry, I did not understand your first message well...

Indeed, it’s not a complete surprise, but maybe it’s a bit too much. I’ll see next season :)
