What did you try to do?
Sort Staff Transfers

What happened instead?
Double barrelled names e.g. M De Bakker do NOT sort as D, they sort after Z which is wrong.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Huawei P20Pro

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Latest

Can the bug be reproduced?
No idea? Still happening.

Default order is expiry time.
If you prefer use alphabetical order, double name staffs are the last onces.

Yes but they shouldn't be. Smith-White should follow Smith not be at the end!
