Hello! I'm really concerned about my race today. It's going to be on Abu Dhabi. And there is a problem...

It's going to be around 40ºC on track today! And I wanted to know if it's going to affect too much if I use soft tyres.

And could I control the tyres temperature during the race to don't overheat?

Im doing some experiments with tires.... The key is grey color ... about 40º is practically imposible to maintain that temp with soft tires. You need to use live race strategy to control the color... "Push hard" burns rubber much faster and warm tires quicly... when you see the grey , calm down the strategy to more conservative driving..  Use low or lowest or average strategy to control this.  you will note this when your drivers do fastest laps. This is my experience.

The hard tyres (less tyre temp) work pretty good at Abu Dhabi ;).

Soft tyres work in Abu Dhabi as well, even while overheated a little bit (can't avoid it).

But really guys let this guy find out by himself please.

Which tyres you use on which track is often down to how you race as much as the temperature.  It really is something you need to experiment with and find out yourself.

Well, the race was good. Once again I got the win.

I used softs twice and the temperature was difficult to control, but that was not a problem.

Thanks for the help guys.
