Driver Abilities "Trait"

Good morning IGP team

In real F1 the drivers have some special skills while others don't have.For exampleDaniel Ricciardo is great on Late Breaks while Lance stroll had always amazing start and was gaining like 4-5 positions in each race start or Michael Schumacher the wet race master.Also Pastor Maldonado was the Crash master...........We could have something similar here too.
 The lvl of youth academy will determine the chance to get a "Trait" and the quality of this "Trait"
 The Trait should be trainable-That will change alot the training plan of each manager

I don't know how easy is to do that but i am happy to go in detail if the development team would like to work on that

if its a trait it cant be trainable or its just silly, should be random when driver is made up.

it would need to be hidden and only displayed when you own the driver.

I agree it should be random and be applied to the driver when the driver is made up.

Should be able to skill it up like the rest of the basic abilities or should lvlup with experience"The more races the driver has the better he will become on that ability as well"

Nice Idea. Some actually programmable traits could be: 1-Wet-weather specialist (-0.2-0.5 tenths when on Full wet tyres). 2- Fearless (High-Speed tracks boost). 3- Conservative (Reduces engine wear) etc... (I am sure you can think of many more)

Good idea: 4-  Adaptable: Inters work like full wets in 3.1-3.5mm and Full Wets like inters for 3.2-2.8mm

Would it be applied to current drivers? If so, it could spoil a great driver who has been trained up but if not, it wouldn't be fair on those who've just bought new drivers. 
If those areas can be addressed, I think it's a great idea

It's good that people like that addition to the game.I hope we will have something that will change the game and will make it more "unpredictable"

 I hope the development team will take the time to create that "Driver special skill"
