Survey error

What did you try to do?
I did your survey to receive the 6 tokens and after I clicked the link to redeem tokens, it said purchase failed. I’m thinking I was scammed into doing the survey.

What happened instead?
Nothing.

Additional comments:

I couldn't load the game today as the survey kept loading over the interface and wouldn't go away,
That's the third time I have done the damn survey now
I'm not happy at all with it keep loading itself until it allowed me to play the game.
Very angry infact
That's over a hour doing 3 surveys and what have I got ?‍♂️

I have mentioned on occasion it can take up to 24 hours due to a 3rd party factor.

Anyone that has done the survey up till 8.30 BST this morning should now of been awarded the 6 tokens, please check you in game message box.

Same here, on Android. I'll give it 24h before reposting.

I am also having an issue. I go into the survey, yet I can't see the games I must select from. it is blank. Takes me back to it to complete.
