What did you try to do?
Bid on a new staff auction in knock out stage

What happened instead?
Bid button greyed out, but nothing happened until auction was lost.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Hello James, I'm sorry to see you really had bad luck with transfers. I'll mark this one for support as well. For ease, how many rounds you were already into that auction (support can check token history to figure it out if unknown, though)?
Clearing cache or restarting browser/app can help recover the auction, although time is a bit short in knock-out. Also Edge isn't a supported browser and is known to cause problems, although this one looks more like a desynced auction.

Hi @James 

I suggest, if it happens again, you clean out your cache and then come back to the auction. I know that especially in the knockout phases time is short, but you should make it if you notice it quickly.

As for the tokens, I returned the lost token and added a small fee.
